Return

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. 

We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at semiboldstyle.com
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@semiboldstyle.com with your order information. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, the return package must be shipped back within 30 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required to process all returns and refunds.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, and an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@semiboldstyle.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.
