Not happy with your Semibold product? Return it to us within 14 days, and we'll give you a full refund, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at semiboldstyle.com The return package must be sent back to us within 14 days after your return request is approved. A valid proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, email order confirmation) and the credit card used at the time of purchase (for credit card transactions) will be required to process a refund. Once we receive your returned package, refunds will be issues to your original methods of payment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Cash refunds are not permitted for online orders or returns without a valid proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded as a store credit for the transaction price indicated on the gift receipt. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Orders purchased on semiboldstyle.com can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please place a new order to secure stock and return your unwanted item.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
