Shipping policy

At Semibold, we currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value and delivery destination. We offer standard shipping for most locations, with free shipping available once your order reaches the applicable threshold. Final shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.  
During peak periods or holidays, processing time may extend up to 48 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • United States (Contiguous 48 States)
    Free Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) on orders $49 and up
    Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.48 for orders under $49

  • United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam)
    Free Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) on orders $89 and up
    Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $9.95 for orders under $89

Most orders arrive sooner, typically within 3–5 business days.  
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS and may be transferred to local carriers for final delivery.

Address Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.

International Orders

We currently do not offer direct international shipping at checkout.

International orders, if accepted, will be shipped via carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DPD, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs, delivery times, and availability will vary by country and will be confirmed before shipment.
