What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

All of our products are designed to fit true to size. Our Partner socks and Roar socks come in one size that fits most. Thanks to the high-quality cotton fabric we use, these socks are very stretchy and comfortable, and can fit US sizes 4-13. For our New Classic socks, we offer two sizes: S-M and M-L. You can refer to our size chart on each specific product page to find the right size for you.

Can I cancel my order?

At Semibold Style, we understand that sometimes an item may not work out for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns for a refund. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please note that customers are responsible for domestic return shipping fees.

What is the shipping policy?

We strive to process and fulfill all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you've selected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer shipping to the United States, China mainland, Macau, and Hong Kong. However, we are constantly exploring new shipping options and hope to offer international shipping to more locations in the future.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO boxes. We require a physical address for delivery to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely.

Do you ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, or Japan?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively exploring more international shipping options to better serve our customers worldwide. Please stay tuned for updates on this.

How do I track my order?

We process all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or have any questions about your order, please contact us by email. (Tip: Check your junk/spam folder in case the confirmation email landed there.)

If my order arrives damaged, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused if your order arrives damaged. Please take photos of the damaged goods and contact us at so we can assist you further and resolve the issue.

What should I do if my order is lost somewhere?

In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping, please contact us at as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping partner to locate your package or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Discount & Promotion

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at checkout before making the payment. Make sure to enter the code exactly as it appears, as it is case-sensitive.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Typically, only one discount code can be used per order and each code can only be used once. However, there may be some special promotions where we allow customers to use multiple discount codes on a single order. If this is the case, you will be notified of the promotion and the terms and conditions that apply.
